Bio
Bill Fahey is one of the most experienced township attorneys in the state. He has represented more than 100 townships across Michigan in the last 32 years.
In 2008, Bill and his partners founded a new law firm especially to represent townships: Fahey Schultz Burzych Rhodes PLC, Your Township Attorneys. The firm now employs seven lawyers, representing townships in all areas they may need assistance.
Bill is a passionate and aggressive advocate for townships. He especially enjoys helping townships in zoning and land use planning, annexation and detachment, and public works/utilities projects.
